ONGC Videsh Limited to focus on buying operational assets

ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL), the overseas arm of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, will focus on acquiring assets that are producing or will do so in the near term, and on enhancing partnerships with foreign firms for global opportunities with an aim to reduce energy transition risks that could lead to stranded investments, said its managing director Rajarshi Gupta.
