ONGC has sold a second Russian Sokol crude cargo loading in April at a lower premium than the previous deal, trade sources said on Friday. The cargo loading on April 17-23 was sold to Shell at a premium just above $3.40 a barrel to Dubai quotes, they said, about 20 cents lower than the previous deal.
Sokol’s premium fell after Dubai strengthened against Brent and narrowed the price gap between the two markers to close to parity, the sources said.
