Ola Electric Tech gets Rs 250 crore from Ola Cell Tech
Electric two-wheeler maker Ola Electric Mobility told the exchanges on Thursday that its manufacturing arm, Ola Electric Technologies (OET), is looking to raise Rs 250 crore from fellow subsidiary Ola Cell Technologies (OCT).
The board of Ola Electric Tech today approved allotting a second tranche of 25 crore preference shares to Ola Cell. Each of these shares has a face value of Rs 10 and carries a 0.001% non-cumulative, non-participating dividend.
