NTPC big nuclear bet: Why CMD Gurdeep Singh calls it the key game-changer

NTPC is preparing to expand into nuclear energy through both joint ventures and standalone projects, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Gurdeep Singh has said at per a report by PTI.

PTI report noted that, Singh said the company is working with technology providers and state governments to identify and develop individual nuclear projects. “We are collaborating with various nuclear technology providers and State governments to set up projects on our own,” he said in a company document.
