Hyderabad: Flight cancellations have returned to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA), just days after operations stabilised following the IndiGo meltdown. Bad weather in Delhi and other parts of India is now severely affecting air traffic and disrupting travel plans for passengers.
On Tuesday alone, at least 29 flights operating to and from Hyderabad were cancelled, affecting major routes including Delhi, Mumbai, Patna, Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Pune. The disruption began on Monday when 18 flights were cancelled and nearly 60 others were delayed, airport officials said.
