NHPC shares in focus as unit 2 of 2,000-MW Subansiri project goes live

NHPC is expected to attract investor attention on Thursday, December 4, following a significant operational update. The state-owned hydropower company has successfully synchronized Unit 2 of its 2,000-MW Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project with the national electricity grid.

The project comprises eight units of 250 MW each, with Unit 2 being the first to come online and begin supplying power for testing.
