Next gen Boeing planes! Airplane maker working on new designs; plans to replace 737 MAX

Aviation giant Boeing is reportedly in the early stages of designing a new single aisle jet that would eventually replace its 737 MAX.

According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, sources familiar with the matter said that the company has been exploring engine options for the aircraft.

Earlier this year, CEO Kelly Ortberg met with officials from Rolls-Royce Holdings (RR.L) in the UK to discuss a potential new engine. Boeing is also working on the flight deck design, though the project is still in its planning phase and no final decisions have been made.
