NDRF to the rescue as child hangs onto life atop electric pole
In a heart-stopping rescue operation, a brave National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) member saved a child stranded on an electric pole in the swirling waters of the Swarna River, Dehradun, on Tuesday.
The child’s precarious situation was a result of flash floods triggered by heavy rainfall and a cloudburst in the Karligarh Sahastradhara area.
