Nagpur–Indore Vande Bharat upgrade decoded: 16-coach rake, greater comfort – What passengers must know

Central Railway has announced a major upgrade to the Nagpur–Indore Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 20912/20911), increasing its capacity significantly in response to rising occupancy on the route. The premium semi-high-speed train will operate with 16 coaches instead of the current 8 starting 24 November 2025, offering greater comfort and reduced waiting-list burden for passengers.
