Mumbai’s Western Railway’s central division runs all trains on time
Mumbai: In a rare feat, Western Railway’s (WR) Mumbai Central division recorded 100% punctuality for all Mail and Express trains on Wednesday.
The achievement comes at a time when several Diwali–Chhath festival special trains are being operated in an already saturated network. WR officials said the perfect score was made possible through careful planning, close coordination between departments, and real-time monitoring of train operations.
