Mid-air scare: United Airlines flight makes emergency landing in Japan after fire alert; two injured

A United Airlines flight from Tokyo to Cebu in the Philippines made an emergency landing in Osaka on Friday after a fire warning in the cargo hold, leaving two people with injuries.

Flight 32, a Boeing 737-800 with 135 passengers and seven crew members, had departed Narita Airport near Tokyo and diverted to Kansai International Airport after 7 pm, according to Japanese media.
