A United Airlines flight on Sunday afternoon (local time) narrowly avoided a crash landing at Orlando International Airport in the US due to a “mechanical issue,” according to statements from the airline and the airport cited by Fox Orlando.
A video of the flight’s landing, widely circulated on social media, appears to show the aircraft moments before touchdown, with the nose wheel seemingly coming off the landing gear.
