‘LTTE-ISI operatives onboard’, Indigo flight from Jeddah to Hyderabad diverted to Mumbai
An IndiGo flight was diverted to Mumbai on Saturday after receiving a bomb threat and being warned that there were terrorists on board. The email was sent to Hyderabad airport and warned that there were “LTTE-ISIS operatives” on the aircraft arriving from Jeddah.
The flight was evacuated immediately upon landing in Mumbai and underwent security checks before it was cleared for further operations.
