L&T bags second mega deal in 48 hours! Secures Rs 2,500 crore order from Nuclear Power Corp

It’s raining big orders for major capital goods, Larsen & Toubro. The company’s heavy civil infrastructure business vertical has received an order for engineering, installation and supply of supporting equipment at the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project in Tamil Nadu. This could amount to as much as Rs 2,500 crore.

According to L&T, the order is under the ‘significant’ order category, which covers orders worth Rs 1,000 – 2,500 crore.
