KUWAIT: Kuwait considers a crude oil price range of $60 to $68 a barrel to be fair under current market conditions, the country’s oil minister said on Sunday.
The recent decline in oil prices was unexpected, Kuwait’s Oil Minister Tariq Al-Roumi said on the sidelines of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries’ (OAPEC) ministerial meeting in Kuwait.
