India’s discussions with Pakistan on the operationalisation of the Kartarpur Corridor on Thursday will be only related to pilgrims, and Islamabad will also be asked not to use the presence of Indian pilgrims to carry out propaganda on the Khalistan issue.
“We hope and would like to see that Pakistan doesn’t indulge in propaganda activities and support secessionist tendencies. India will take up the matter tomorrow. We are looking forward to meaningful and constructive talks,” a government official said.
India and Pakistan will meet on the Indian side of the Wagah-Attari border on Thursday to finalise the draft agreement on the Kartarpur Corridor which was agreed by both the countries in November 2018.
India is looking forward to productive talks that could realise the objective of Indian citizens going to the gurudwara on the Pakistani side without hassles.
