Karnataka power utility files complaint against building owner after 2 boys sustain burns while retrieving kite

Bengaluru: Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) has filed a complaint against the owner of a building after two boys were electrocuted over a week ago while retrieving a kite.

The boys had climbed the terrace of the building at Vinayakanagar, Geddalahalli in east Bengaluru to retrieve their kite that was stuck in a high-tension wire.
