Inox Clean likely to acquire 650 MW of Evergreen’s Projects
New Delhi: IPO-bound Inox Clean Energy is likely to acquire 650 MW of Evergreen Renewables’ under construction green energy projects, said people aware of the development.
Evergreen is building these projects with a total cost of ₹4,000 crore, the people said, adding that the company has invested a portion of the sum so far.
The targeted portfolio comprises five hybrid projects of wind and solar energy, one of the persons said.
