IndiGo’s immediate goal is to normalise operations: CEO Pieter Elbers to staff amid operational disruptions

Amid widespread disruptions, IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers said in an internal memo that the airline’s immediate goal is to normalise operations and restore punctuality.
“IndiGo’s immediate goal is to normalise operations, bring punctuality back on track which is not easy target,” said CEO Pieter Elbers.
In a message to the staff, he also admitted that the airline could not live up to the promise of providing good experience to customers.
