IndiGo to start direct flights between Mumbai and London Heathrow from October 26

IndiGo will launch daily non-stop flights between Mumbai and London Heathrow Airport from October 26, marking its second destination in the United Kingdom after Manchester. The airline said the start of this flight service is part of its global expansion strategy and a step toward strengthening its international network.

The new service will be operated using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft on wet/damp lease from Norse Atlantic Airways. The aircraft will feature a dual-class configuration, including Economy and IndiGoStretch cabins. Passengers will receive complimentary hot meals and beverages, while alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase in Economy and complimentary for IndiGoStretch customers. Each seat will include a seatback entertainment screen offering about 300 hours of content. Bookings are open through IndiGo’s website, mobile app, and authorized travel partners.
