IndiGo offers automatic refunds, waives fees for travel between December 5-15 as aviation ministry steps in
IndiGo on Saturday rolled out a broad set of passenger relief measures following recent operational disruptions, committing to automatic refunds and fee waivers for affected travellers over a 10-day period.
In a statement posted on X, the airline said that all cancelled bookings would be refunded automatically, with the amount credited back to the original mode of payment. IndiGo also confirmed that passengers travelling between December 5 and December 15 would not be charged any cancellation or rescheduling fees, regardless of the reason for the change.
