IndiGo flight disruptions: DGCA forms committee to probe ‘airline’s deficiencies’ leading to chaos at airports

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation on Friday announced the formation of a committee on IndiGo’s flight disruptions as the country’s largest airline scrapped around 500 flights including all departures from New Delhi.

The Committee will be submitting its finding and recommendation to DGCA within 15 days to enable necessary regulatory enforcement action and ensure institutional strengthening.
