The Indian Railways has opened special assistance counters at airports to help passengers stranded due to mass cancellations by IndiGo. According to an official statement, the counters have been set up at Ahmedabad and Patna airports.
“These efforts supplement measures such as additional coaches on existing trains and offering reserved travel options,” the statement said.
