IndiGo chaos continues: Over 300 flights cancelled at Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Delhi airports
A fresh wave of disruptions hit air travel in India on Thursday as the country’s largest arline IndiGo cancelled over 300 domestic and international flights, causing major chaos at India’s busiest airports for a third day.
At least 95 flights were cancelled at the Delhi airport, 85 at the Mumbai airport, 70 at Hyderabad and 50 at Bangalore. Besides, there were cancellations at other airports, the sources told PTI.
A day earlier, at least 150 flights were cancelled and dozens delayed across airports, leaving thousands of travellers stranded.
