IndiGo cancels over 400 flights at various airports on Friday, shares in red

IndiGo’s nationwide flight disruptions intensified on Friday, with more than 400 cancellations and widespread delays across major airports, PTI reported, citing sources. Passengers at multiple airports reported long waiting hours as operations remained strained due to ongoing internal challenges at the airline.

In the midst of these disruptions, IndiGo’s stock slipped 1 percent to Rs 5,343.05 on the BSE on Friday after the airline began cancelling large numbers of flights and sought temporary regulatory relief from the DGCA.
