IndiGo adds new winter routes connecting tier-2 and tier-3 cities like Jaipur, Imphal and Jaisalmer

IndiGo is expanding its domestic network this winter with new routes connecting tier-2 and tier-3 cities. As per the company, the move is designed to make regional air travel more accessible, provide more options for business and leisure travellers, and support economic activity in smaller cities.

The airline’s new routes include daily direct flights between Jaipur and Guwahati, and daily services between Jaipur and Imphal with a short layover in Guwahati. Varanasi will see increased connectivity with direct thrice-weekly flights to Durgapur, and thrice-weekly flights to Bhubaneswar via Durgapur. Seasonal daily flights between Bengaluru and Jaisalmer are also being added to the schedule.
