Indian Railways launches RailParcel pilot across 7 cities with ROQIT and ETO motors

HYDERABAD: Indian Railways has launched RailParcel, a pilot initiative to improve parcel movement across seven cities — Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru, and Chennai — under the South Central Railway (SCR) zone. The initiative is powered by AION-Tech Solutions through its subsidiaries: ROQIT, a cloud-native SaaS platform providing digital workflow management and real-time parcel tracking, and ETO Motors, the logistics partner, an electric mobility-led provider managing first- and last-mile deliveries.

ROQIT enables real-time tracking, digitalised booking, and operational workflows, while supporting interoperability across stakeholders.
