Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has approved a proposal of rail connectivity between IGI Airport Delhi and Maharaja Agrasen International Airport Hisar via Bijwasan –Gurgaon – Garhi Harsaru – Sultanpur – Farukhnagar – Jhajjar for freight as well as passengers.
Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal on Wednesday said that the proposal will be sent to the ministry of railways for sanction. “The rail link between Garhi Harsaru–Farukhnagar–Jhajjar will be developed in the first phase, while the connectivity to Maharaja Agrasen International Airport Hisar will be taken up in the second phase.”
