Fresh row erupts over Rafale, this time over anti-corruption clause

NEW DELHI: The policy to clinch defence deals without at times rigorously following standard operating procedures was laid out by none other than the previous Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA), said a news report on Monday, even as another report criticized the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government for seemingly discarding established procedure for military procurement for the purchase of 36 Rafale jets.
