Electric two-wheeler maker Simple Energy raises $10 million from existing investors

Electric two-wheeler maker Simple Energy announced on Wednesday that it has raised $10 million in an equity funding round, and said it would largely use the capital to expand its retail and service network across India.

The round was led by existing investor Arokiaswamy Velumani, founder of Thyrocare Technologies, with two other existing investors, Balamurugan Arumugam and the Haran family office, participating.
