ED issues third summons to Anil Ambani; sets November 17 date for questioning

The Enforcement Directorate on Friday issued a third round of summons to industrialist Anil Ambani, asking him to appear before the agency on November 17 in connection with an ongoing probe under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), reported ANI citing officials.

The latest notice follows Ambani’s absence from Friday’s scheduled questioning. According to the news agency, his request to join the proceedings virtually was also turned down.

He was earlier examined by the agency in August.
