DGCA cites operational stability, regional factors for temporary night duty relaxation to airlines
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has granted airlines temporary exemptions from certain clauses on night duty limits to maintain operational stability while ensuring safety.
“These variations are transitional in nature, aimed at a smooth and safe operational transition without compromising regulatory intent. They will be reviewed after six months,” DGCA said.
