NEW DELHI: Travelling by Delhi Metro will become costlier starting Monday (August 25), as the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced a revision in ticket fares. This is the first hike in eight years, with the last increase implemented in 2017.
According to DMRC, the fare adjustment is nominal, with ticket prices set to rise by Rs 1 to Rs 4 across most lines. The Airport Express Line, however, will see a slightly higher increase of up to Rs 5.
