Chennai: Traffic to be diverted for metro work

CHENNAI: The Avadi traffic police have made changes in traffic arrangement owing to the CMRL work on Poonamallee Trunk Road, from Porur to Poonamallee bypass Junction. The following traffic diversion will be in place at Poonamallee bypass. The arrangements made will come into force from August 1 to September 15.
All incoming vehicles on Chennai – Bengaluru Highway intending to go to Minjur at Poonamallee Bypass will have to take a left to Chennai ORR Service Road.
