Bomb scare on IndiGo flight! Medinah-Hyderabad aircraft diverted to Ahmedabad after threat
An IndiGo flight travelling from Madinah in Saudi Arabia to Hyderabad was forced to make an emergency diversion to Ahmedabad on Thursday, December 4, after a bomb threat was reported onboard, prompting swift response from airport authorities and police, a senior official said.
The flight landed safely at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at around 12:30 pm, and all passengers and crew were safely deboarded to conduct a thorough inspection of the plane, said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 4) Atul Bansal.
