Bhakra Beas Board

The union power ministry has amended the Bhakra Beas Management Rules, 1974 whereby the appointment of Member (Power) and Member (Irrigation) on Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) can now be filled by officers from any of the states and needn’t necessarily be from Punjab or Haryana.
