Aviation Ministry sets up 24×7 Control Room, helpline numbers as IndiGo cancellations mount
Ministry of Civil Aviation has set up a round-the-clock control room to help passengers affected by IndiGo’s ongoing flight disruptions, as cancellations continue to throw travel schedules into disarray.
The helpline — reachable at 011-24610843, 011-24693963 and 096503-91859 — will monitor the situation in real time and coordinate rapid responses across airports, the ministry said Friday.
