Airlines, travel agent directed to pay over ₹60,000
A district consumer disputes redressal forum here has directed Indian Airlines and a travel agency to compensate a group of passengers by paying over ₹60,000 after the airlines rescheduled a flight to Dibrugah without prior intimation.
