Airbus is grappling with a significant manufacturing flaw in its A320-family jets that threatens to disrupt deliveries at a critical time, with India among the most exposed markets.
The country operates one of the world’s largest A320 fleets, with around 540 aircraft across IndiGo, Air India, and Air India Express.
As per IndiGo’s website, the airline alone accounts for 204 jets, including 26 A320ceo (180 seats), 23 A320neo (180 seats), and 155 A320neo (186 seats).
