Air India union writes to chairman to release salary
The Indian Commercial Pilots Assosiation (ICPA), a representative body of over 600 Air India pilots, has written to the chairman of the airline on Tuesday to immediately release flying allowance for January that constitute 70% of salary of these pilots.
“The complete lockdown announced by the government of India coupled with repeated salary delays for over a year have compromised our financial security,” the union said in the letter addressed to Rajiv Bansal.
