Air India expects ‘most significant’ customer experience shift in 2026: CEO Campbell Wilson
Air India passengers will begin to see the “most significant change from an experience perspective” in 2026, as the airline enters its fifth year under Tata Group ownership. But ongoing global supply chain issues continue to slow down the carrier’s fleet transformation.
