Air India drops Bengaluru and Mumbai non-stop services to San Francisco
Air India has decided to stop its non-stop flights to San Francisco from Bengaluru and Mumbai starting March 1, causing confusion among passengers who have already booked tickets, especially for travel after February 28. Many travellers are now unsure about their plans and are seeking clarity from the airline.
An Air India spokesperson told The Times of India, “The airline has made changes to its North America schedule to better deploy capacity and manage rising costs linked to ongoing airspace restrictions.” The airline said the decision is part of a wider adjustment to its international network.
