Adani Total Gas appoints Preyash Jhaveri as Interim CFO
Adani Total Gas on Monday said the board has approved the appointment of Preyash Jhaveri as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective December 22, 2025.
Jhaveri has been named a key managerial personnel under the SEBI Listing Regulations, the company said in a regulatory filing on the exchanges.
Adani Total Gas’ shares were trading at Rs 570.15 apiece on the BSE, up 0.24% as on 12.30 PM on Monday.
