Adani Group eyes aviation training business, planning to acquire pilot training firm FSTC
The Adani Group’s defence and aerospace arm is reportedly in advanced discussions to buy out Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC), signalling its first big move into the pilot training business. According to a Times of India report, If finalised, the deal would further strengthen the conglomerate’s acquisition-led expansion strategy.
Founded in 2012, FSTC operates four simulator centres located in Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, along with four flight training academies spread across Haryana, Surat, and Solapur, as per its website.
