Adani Airports to Redefine Passenger Journeys with AIONOS’ Agentic AI
In a major stride toward digital transformation in aviation, Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) — India’s largest operator of Public-Private Partnership airports and a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited — has announced a strategic partnership with AIONOS, an InterGlobe Enterprises company and global leader in enterprise AI solutions.
Under this collaboration, AIONOS will deploy its proprietary Agentic AI platform, IntelliMate™, to introduce a multilingual, omni-channel AI system across all Adani Airports. The initiative aims to deliver seamless, consistent, and personalised passenger support across touchpoints such as voice, chat, web, and mobile.
