Adani Airports signs deal with AIONOS for personalized passenger experiences
Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited on Thursday announced a strategic deal with AIONOS to implement an AI solution to enhance passenger help desk experience across airports.
AIONOS, an InterGlobe Enterprises company, will establish a multi-lingual omni-channel agentic AI solution that would enhance the conventional help desk experience for passengers.
“The new solution would not just provide consistent engagement experience across all channels across all Adani Airports, but connect with passengers to offer personalised, multilingual support like never before,” the company said in a release.
