{"id":82876,"date":"2016-09-06T11:45:18","date_gmt":"2016-09-06T11:45:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/infralive.com\/web\/?p=82876"},"modified":"2016-09-06T11:45:18","modified_gmt":"2016-09-06T11:45:18","slug":"petronet-lng-shares-up-nearly-4-post-june-quarter-nos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infralive.com\/web\/petronet-lng-shares-up-nearly-4-post-june-quarter-nos\/","title":{"rendered":"Petronet LNG shares up nearly 4% post June quarter nos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Shares of Petronet LNG on Tuesday rose by nearly four per cent after the company posted a 55 per cent jump in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 30.<\/p>\n<p>The scrip gained 3.7 per cent to touch its one-year high of Rs 366.30 on BSE.<\/p>\n<p>At NSE, shares of the company went up by 3.66 per cent to Rs 366.35.<\/p>\n<p>Stock markets were closed on Monday for &#8216;Ganesh Chaturthi&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, Petronet LNG posted a 55 per cent jump in standalone net profit at Rs 377.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30.<\/p>\n<p>The company had reported a net profit of Rs 244.12 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, it had said in a BSE filing.<\/p>\n<p>However, total income during the period under review fell to Rs 5,386.66 crore as against Rs 8,411.61 crore a year ago.<\/p>\n<p>Petronet LNG has set up the country&#8217;s first LNG receiving and regasification terminal at Dahej, Gujarat, and another terminal at Kochi, Kerala.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shares of Petronet LNG on Tuesday rose by nearly four per cent after the company posted a 55 per cent jump in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 30.
