The Delhi High Court has granted interim injunction in favour of US-based Tesla Inc by directing Indian company Tesla Power India not to use trademarks ‘Tesla Power’ or ‘Tesla Power USA’ in any form, including manufacturing of electric vehicles. <\/p>\n
