The gates had been closed earlier as a precautionary measure taken after the blast near the Red Fort that killed 12 people and left several injured. <\/p>\n<p>Partial reopening started on Saturday after security checks <\/p>\n<p>In an earlier update, shared DMRC on Saturday, initially Gates 2 and 3 were reopened.
