From a peak of 450 ancillary industries that once powered BHEL\u2019s ecosystem, many have shut down or shifted to other trades. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince 2018, we\u2019ve faced one blow after another \u2013 first India\u2019s climate commitments, then Covid-19 lockdowns and bad debts.
